REFUNDS

· Any item not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can be partially refund or not refunded depending on the stated of occurrence and proof.
In case you didn’t get your refund on time, contact us directly to verify reason(s) or wait for your bank as posting refund takes time.
RETURNS
For any items purchase on our online store, returns is possible o the following conditions;
· The item can be return with it original packaging and content.
· Must the returned with purchase receipt.
· The customer should contact the company “365 Seed Feeders Global Ltd. Between 24hours of receipt to notify the intension to return such item(s).
· Such item shall be accepted in a delivery or pick up working order i.e it content should be intact and undamaged else such product will not be exchanged or refunded.
· Product or item must be returned by a traceable and insured shipping method and such has to be acknowledged by the company 365 Seed feeders Ltd.
· The company will dispatch a replacement or process the refund after checking and fulfilling’s all returns policies.
· Items should be checked on the spot of delivery and incase of faulty or damaged, such should be reported formally on any of our alternate channels (customers live support, customers complains mail etc) between 24hours. Failure to lodge a formal complaint between 2days will in validate the claim.
· All cost incurred to returned such item shall be on the customer.
· Do not return any item to the manufacture. It must be returned to 365 Seed Feeders warehouse address our customer support gives.
· Shipping cost not refundable.
· We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item until it pass our verification and investigation test.
Once your returns is received, we shall send you a notice via email or sms to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
